Current
Snake robots can use their many internal degrees of freedom to thread through tightly packed volumes accessing locations that people and machinery otherwise cannot use. Traditional snake robots can crawl, climb and swim. For this specialized version of snake robot, in addition to these behaviours, flying capability hadded. In addition to being able to perform search and rescue operations, this kind of a snake robot can also perform 3D mapping/ navigation etc.

Modular Smartphone Copter

Current
A cheap, low-cost and modular alternative to industrial/commercially available quad-copters, specially designed for Indian Farmers to analyze farm, produce etc. Sensor innacuracy reduced using a controller based on Neural Networks.

TurtleBot2

• Implemented UMB Mark to correct odometry feedback from turtlebot
• Localized turtlebot in mapped environment using particle filter approach
• Implemented 2D SLAM and Navigation Stack using ROS
• Integrated Parabolic reflector to make it move all around using single logitech camera
• Navigated and Controlled using CMU Sphinx,a voice recognition software

Fromo Robot

Fromo is a toy with a purpose: to teach kids (and adults) some programming concepts while they're having fun. Based on the kickstarter startup, ROMOTIVE, Fromo aims at porting the IOS project to Android(being the more popular of the two). The robot uses the power of your Android Smartphone as its brains and face, and the result is charming and educational. Not only can Romo be used as a fun toy, but also as a telepresence companion.

Autonomus Drone Delivery System

Designed a flight planning algorithm based on Google Maps Waypoints API, Android application to provide delivery location, corresponding service GUI to recieve delivery requests and find appropriate path using Firebase as backend and node.js for cloud functions.

Assisto Bot

TIIDC Quarterfinalist submittion in DST and TEXAS Instruments Inc. India Innovaion Challenge Design Contest 2016. Butler bot, a friendly robot to help the physically / visyually challenged navigate indoor in environments.
